Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Downloads from the site
If you are not satisfied with your download purchase for any reason please contact us by using the contact page on this site within 30-days of your purchase and ask for a Refund Request Form. Once we receive your request form we will review it within 3 business days and issue you a refund.
Workshop and Course Bookings
Deposits paid on booking are non refundable. Payments for the full cost of workshops and courses (less any deposit paid on booking) are refundable up to 4 weeks prior to the start of the booked event if you cannot or no longer wish to attend. After this time we cannot make a refund but will make every effort to accommodate you on a future course or workshop.
We are committed to service excellence. If you are dissatisfied with your course or workshop please raise your concerns at the time and we will make every effort to address them. If we are not able to do this to your satisfaction we will offer you a full refund.
