Self Assessment

Self-Assessment: The process of self-assessing using our questionnaire can stimulate new perspectives about the participant’s leadership performance and what underpins it. The questionnaire asks challenging questions and feedback suggests that even this process of completing the questionnaire helps people see things differently. The self-assessment can also be used as part of a coaching programme and there is significant value in having someone who knows you and is familiar with the leadership model take you through the output report.

This programme is available as an open programme but we can also run programmes specifically for internal coaches within larger organisations.

360: Now used in a number of organisations this is a powerful and flexible tool. The standard report enables feedback from self and 4 other groups to be compared and contrasted. Further breakdown analysis of sub-groupings can be provided if required in the enhanced report. This is an open programme, however we also run programs specifically for internal coaches within larger organisations.

Team/Organisation Assessment: This is the latest application to be developed and builds on the power of the 360 process but instead of assessing an individual, it asks participants to rate the organisation or team. This provides powerful insights as the results are not clouded by self -perception. This provides a powerful tool to assess leadership issues in an organisation or team that can be used as an important input for a leadership development needs assessment.
