David Parkinson - Managing Director
David has over 20 years blue chip experience, working at senior level in the areas of supply chain, new product development and the leadership of organisational change. He left corporate life in 2004 to become a consultant & coach specialising in leadership, strategy and change management.
Rachel Day - Director
Rachel joined Farsight in 2007 having worked for many years at senior level in the public sector as an HR consultant and business partner. Rachel now spends most of her time as an executive coach and professional facilitator, often working at board level across a range of public, private and voluntary organisations.
Dr Mark Batey - R&D Director
Mark recently joined Farsight as R&D Director. He also works as a Lecturer in Organisational Psychology at Manchester Business School. His main interests are leadership, creativity and innovation. Mark has played a key role in the development of the Farsight Integrated Leadership Model and diagnostic tools. His role as R&D Director is to ensure that the methodologies that we use in our programmes are robust and reflect the latest thinking and research.
