Leadership Model & Diagnostic Accreditation
We ran a highly successful associate day in December. Consultants from 7 partner companies attended to learn about the Farsight Integrated Leadership ModelTM and become accredited to use the self assessment and 360 diagnostics. We were delighted by the response - everyone enjoyed the day and got a lot out attending. The event has strengthened our relationship with the consultants that attended and several have now integrated the model and diagnostics into their programmes. Building on the success of this event we plan to run another associate accreditation day on April 27th in the Northwest. Network Rail Signals Clear Briefing Skills
Farsight recently worked as part of a team of associates led by the Forton Group to deliver a coaching programme aimed at helping improve Maintenance Managers' briefing skills. With Network Rail favouring the preferred face-to-face communications between line managers and their direct reports, it was felt that one-to-one coaching could benefit their people and improve the standard of their briefings.
360 Feedback Capability Now Available
The unique Farsight Leadership Diagnostic is now available in 360 format and is being piloted in a number of blue chip and public sector organisations. The quality of the feedback that it provides for candidates has been excellent. We are very excited about the potential of this tool to raise the leadership game in organisations.
Successful Workshop For the Department of Health
Farsight recently facilitated a highly successful all staff event for the Chief Nursing Officers (CNO) Directorate at the Department of Health. This is the second workshop involving about 80 people that we have facilitated for the CNO and this event effectively built on the success of the first event last October.
Accredited Training Centre for the CMI
Farsight has become an accedited training centre for the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and can now offer a range of CMI qualifications to meet client requirements including a post graduate certificate in strategic management and leadership.
