What a difference a year can make ... This is an intensive year long programme combining residential workshops, coaching for executive and action learning with ample time and space for personal reflection.
Our Integrated Leadership Training Programs are designed to take your leadership capability to a new, inspirational level by supporting you to analyse, challenge and then further develop your own leadership approach. Uniquely, it also supports you to discover how to transfer key learning back in the work place to benefit your own people and progress their leadership capability.
The programme provides the context for you to design and develop your own leadership journey over the next year. You take the lead in deciding the key development areas that you want to focus on, the goals and expected outcomes. With our support you'll be able to choose between a number of optional modules and self design learning experiences which will really challenge you to learn and discover new things about yourself.
We have harnessed our experience and insights from both the academic and business worlds to create a new model for leaders which analyses the leader as a whole; their internal and external capability. The The Farsight Integrated Leadership Model brings together well established and researched thinking on leadership to create an integrated and practical leadership toolkit that will inform you and challenge you to think about how you deliver leadership. It provides a framework and language that you can use to develop your own leadership and coach others to raise their leadership game as well.
We base all our leadership programmes on this model and we use it in some of our coaching relationships when it can add value. After an initial diagnostic, you will be able to identify the areas, you need to focus on and the factors that are influencing your leadership behaviours.
We plan a cohorts of no more than 12 participants starting in March 2010. The cost is £8,250 but book before 31st December 2009 and you will benefit from the special early bird booking rate of £7,500.
