The Farsight Integrated Leadership Model and Diagnostic bring together all the best leadership thinking and research from the last 20 years into a unified framework. Our aim is to integrate all the important strands of leadership theory to provide a non-prescriptive toolbox to help individuals and organisations review their leadership and develop their own unique approach. The Leadership Diagnostic
The Farsight Leadership Diagnostic is based on the leadership model. It focuses on the 9 Leadership Competencies and the 8 Leadership Attributes that underpin them. Each section of the diagnostic focuses on a different competence, allowing self and 360 degree assessment of how well the competence is executed and exploring the relative contributions of the individual’s leadership attributes. Recognising that leaders operate in a context we allow the individual and 360 degree participants to assess the relative importance of each competence in their particular role and environment.
