Executive Coaching
Our coaching for executive programmes are tailored to meet the needs of you and your organisation. We work with you and, if appropriate, your sponsor to agree the objectives that will form the basis for the coaching relationship. We take time to understand your current position and to build rapport so that we can challenge and support you to get to the heart of the issue. In our coaching programmes you will spend time working in complete confidence with one of our qualified coaches to reflect on past experiences, heighten your self awareness, crystalise your goals and develop a plan that you will feel inspired and committed to take action on. The focus is on you and your challenges and we bring a combination of different, tools, techniques and processes as well as our well refined intuition to support you to make key changes in your life and work.
