Farsight was formed in 1997 as a leadership development consulting company. It was founded on the conviction that leadership makes a profound difference - enabling societies to advance, organisations to deliver results and individuals to realise their dreams.
Today we are a leadership consultancy with a mission to raise the standard of leadership in the world and to realise the power and potential of people and organisations. We specialise in leadership, strategy and team development. We work in partnership with our clients to help them improve performance and succeed in their industry or sector.
Our clients include Unilever, PZCussons, The NHS & Department of Health, The World Health Organisation as well as a number of smaller organisations such as Weston Beamor and Intellexis plc. Our training courses and executive development programmes have won national recognition. We were finalists in the UK National Training Awards in 2001 for our work with Unilever.
